President and Chief Operating Officer

Greg Avitabile

Greg Avitabile is ANDMORE’s President and Chief Operating Officer, leading operational excellence across ANDMORE’s campuses, and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Greg started with the company in 1995 and has more than three decades of experience leading large-scale, service-driven real estate and event operations. In this role, he is responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of ANDMORE’s markets and events across its 20 million square feet portfolio in Atlanta, Las Vegas, High Point, and New York City.

Earlier in his career, Greg held progressively senior roles at International Market Centers and AmericasMart Atlanta where he directed property services, trade show and event operations, and major capital projects. He has overseen some of the most extensive construction projects in the company’s history, garnering the National Recognition Award for Engineering Excellence from the American Council of Engineering Companies.

Greg currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame, where he provides governance, financial oversight, and strategic guidance to a national non-profit dedicated to the home furnishings industry.

Greg also serves as a member of the Executive Committee on the Board of Directors of Downtown Atlanta, Inc., where he provides strategic oversight and policy guidance for economic vitality, public safety, and infrastructure initiatives within the City of Atlanta.

He is actively engaged in civic and economic development efforts through membership and involvement with the American Institute of Architects, the Urban Land Institute, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. He and his wife, Kelye, have been married for over 25 years reside in Marietta, Georgia and have two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, supporting the Clemson Tigers, and enjoying lake life in the upstate of South Carolina.
