Robert Klein

Robert (Rob) Klein is ANDMORE’s Chief Financial Officer leading its financial planning, reporting, capital markets, accounting and strategy. 

With 25+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets and real estate operations – including $30+ billion in real estate principal investments and corporate transactions – Rob is an expert in financial positioning for strategic growth. 

Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Postal Realty Trust (NYSE: PSTL) leading financial planning, reporting, capital markets, investor relations, accounting and strategy. Previously, he served as a Managing Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Monday Properties Services and Managing Director in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Evercore Group L.L.C. as well as in positions with MJC Associates LLC; Reckson Associates; Goldman, Sachs & Co.; and Bankers Trust. Rob serves on the Executive Committee of the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center Advisory Board and the CFO Council at NAREIT. 

Rob has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Florida Honors Program. 

Rob is based in New York, where he lives with his wife, Jen and their three children. Outside of the office, he can be found golfing, snowboarding, traveling, spending time with his family, and cheering on the Florida Gators and New York Jets.
