Ximena Juncosa is ANDMORE’s Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for developing a nationwide team of passionate professionals who bring markets and design centers to life.

With more than two decades of experience across healthcare, business services, financial services, and hospitality, Ximena is a strategic and forward-thinking HR leader. Her core strengths span executive talent development, organizational design, change leadership, succession planning, and skills-based workforce strategy. She is known for architecting future-ready talent ecosystems and building cultures rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and purpose.

Before joining ANDMORE, Ximena served as Senior Vice President of Talent and Organizational Strategy at McKesson, where she led enterprise efforts in skills-based workforce planning and organizational design. She also led HR for CoverMyMeds, a 4,000+ employee business, where she drove large-scale integration and cultural transformation. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Fiserv, ADP, and in the luxury hospitality industry.

A native Spanish speaker with strong roots in Latin America, Ximena is a graduate of Florida International University and holds SCP and GPHR certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management.

She resides with her family in Johns Creek, Georgia, and is based at the AmericasMart Atlanta campus. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and horseback riding.
