ADMISSION POLICY

Market Credentials

 

ANDMORE Market(s) are open to members of the home furnishings, gift, apparel and design trades, including but not limited to retailers, buyers, interior designers, architects, specifiers, purchasing companies, etc. ANDMORE Market(s) are a trade-only show. Attendees must provide:

 

Business Credentials PLUS Individual Designer/Buyer Credentials

  • Company Issued photo badge with company name and registrant name listed.
  • URL to website that shows your name and affiliation to the company.
  • Copy of pay stub, W2, or 1099 with sensitive information removed, i.e., social security number

*Please note, letters of employment will not be accepted nor handwritten business cards

Plus, one of the following showing your company provides retail or services in the industry:

  • Copy of interior designer license or certification
  • Copy of architectural license
  • Copies of two (2) invoices from the last 6 months, showing large volume purchases in the apparel, furniture, home decor, gift, or design industries. Purchase amounts and seller's names must be clearly legible on the copies, as well as your name and company name on each page
  • Active company website
 

Industry

 

An industry registrant provide services within the industry but does not purchase products for the purpose or resale. All Industry registrants must register and be approved by Show Management for each market. Please visit the Registration Office in Building 1 for assistance. The registration fee is $50 per approved registration.

 

Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers

 

Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers must register for and be approved each Market through Show Management. This includes Manufacturer Representatives, Independent Representatives, or Suppliers to ANDMORE Market(s) exhibitors who do not register under an exhibiting company roster. Please visit the Registration desk in the Expo lobby or visit our Registration Help Desk for assistance. The registration fee is $50 per approved registration.

 

Sales Representatives

 

Sales Representatives should be registered under the company that they represent for a complimentary no-charge badge. Sales Representatives that do not register under an exhibiting company will be issued an Industry badge at a cost of $50 each.

 

Market Guests

 

Buyers may bring up to two (2) guests at a rate of $50 per person. Spouse of a registered buyer in attendance will not be subject to a guest fee.

 

Teachers

 

Teachers, employed by a collegiate level school or an adult trade school, who have a current curriculum that specifically covers interior design, architecture, or the design industry, may apply for a special "Teacher" pass to attend the show.

 

If you wish to bring a student group with you to the show, include the students first and last names in your email. All students must remain with you during their time at Market. They are not permitted to walk the show floor alone. All students must be adults currently enrolled in your school’s program. High school student groups are not eligible to attend.

Please include the following details in your email:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your school’s name
  • A link to your school’s web site highlighting your current applicable curriculum
  • If you are unable to include #3 above, you may send a scanned copy of a letter (on your school’s letterhead), verifying your status as a teacher at the institution, and briefly outlining the courses you teach that connect you to the furniture, gift or design industries.
  • Your mailing address and phone number
  • A list of your students if applicable

 

*Please note that independent students are NOT eligible to attend Market unless they are accompanied by their instructor.

 

Media

 

Approved media is welcome to attend ANDMORE Market(s) free of charge. For questions about media registration, reach out to press@andmore.com.

 

Market Badges

 

Approved Market guests will receive a market badge before the first day of Market. These must be visible at all times on campus.

 

Consent for Use of Image and Data

 

By registering, attending or participating in any ANDMORE meetings and activities, you consent to permit ANDMORE and its designees accessing, using and distributing your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes, and other recordings as well as your contact information and other data you provide to ANDMORE in connection with your registration, attendance or participation in any ANDMORE meetings and activities.

All attendees must check in onsite at a registration location and present valid, government issued photo identification to receive a badge, along with any required business or employee credentials not previously provided.

 

ANDMORE reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone, who in the judgment of ANDMORE, disregards the above policies or for legally compliant reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate or disruptive behavior, infringement or violation of the rights of others, or other conduct that may negatively impact the Market. All registration fees are final and nonrefundable, and you accept the risk of cancellation or subsequent denial.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges, reimbursements, or transfers, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or personal conflicts.  An inclusive and accessible environment is fostered, and policies and practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
