The gourmet demo kitchen heats up with A Summer in Italy, with a demonstration from Les Dammes d’Escoffier as students bring insights from their study abroad trip to Florence and Rome, Italy, on Wednesday, July 16. The Ciao! Market Kickoff Party follows with live music, complimentary sips and light bites on Wednesday evening.
