In that role, he managed the technology operations functions of over 700 corporately-managed hotels globally and lead Hilton’s global technology deployment and implementation organization responsible for the company’s proprietary PMS, industry leading Digital Key solution, and sales platform.
Monique joins ANDMORE from 21 years at Incite Strategies, Inc. (ISHR Group), where she was the CEO and Founding Partner, responsible for providing executive assessment, development, and coaching services to corporate and private equity/portfolio companies globally. Previously, Monique worked in Human Resources at General Electric and General Motors.

He has experience across several verticals including technology, advertising, media, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and financial services.
Dorothy Belshaw has served as IMC’s Executive Vice President, Chief Customer & Marketing Officer since 2020, a role in which she oversees all aspects of IMC’s end-to-end customer experience, driving increased buyer acquisition across all Markets, and developing digital tools and services to improve the at Market experience for buyers and tenants.
Gregory Avitabile has served as senior vice president of Operations for AMC since 2014. He started with the company in 1995 serving in construction management and director roles until his promotion to vice president of development and construction in 2002.
