Womenswear in Nevada and Las Vegas Apparel Complete Dynamic, Purpose-Built Premiere

Las Vegas, NV - February 27, 2024 On the heels of another successful edition of Las Vegas Fashion Week, Women's Wear in Nevada (WWIN) and Las Vegas Apparel (LVA) celebrated the seamless culmination of their co-located buying events at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas, February 13 – 15, 2024.

"We are thrilled with the overwhelming success of our first co-location collab at The Expo at World Market Center," remarked Melissa K. Montes, Vice President of WWIN. "By collaborating with LVA, we created a dynamic hub that showcases the best of fashion in an amazing, easily navigable space for our buyers, while fostering collaboration and excitement for our industry."

This historic collaboration transformed The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas into a bustling hub of commerce, creativity, and innovation. Over three days, buyers and industry insiders converged upon the shows’ expansive space, immersing themselves in a whirlwind of fashion showcases, networking opportunities and business transactions. Throughout the event, attendees were treated to an unparalleled array of the latest trends, designs and collections from a diverse range of exhibitors. From cutting-edge young contemporary collections to premium women’s contemporary lines, the co-located events offered something for everyone, helping to reaffirm Las Vegas's status as a global fashion capital.

“The first co-located edition of Las Vegas Apparel and WWIN was electric, with positive feedback and energy throughout all three market days,” said Caron Stover, ANDMORESM SVP, apparel. “From the beginning, our collaboration with WWIN has just made sense, and last week’s combined market destination proved to be the right and best decision for buyers, brands and both show teams.”

The synergy between WWIN and LVA was palpable throughout the event, with buyers and exhibitors alike raving about the easy-to-shop, experience-driven location for the newly-combined Las Vegas Fashion Week staple markets.

“I've been coming to WWIN for years, and because of the move to the Expo and collaboration with LVA, I've seen new vendors that I would have never found before,” said Paula Carson of Fussy Hussy Boutique in Boise, ID. “I wrote orders with 15 new companies this trip!”

Stephanie Parker, owner of Stephanie’s Boutique in Villa Rica, GA, added, “I came to the Expo to source from WWIN and ended up shopping at LVA as well. On my first aisle of LVA, I wrote three orders and I am excited to continue checking off my list with new LVA brands and my staple WWIN brands. I love the ease of having everything I need to source under one roof.”

WWIN exhibitor Karen Skrasek of Joh commented, “This is the place for WWIN! The buyers love the location, the vibe, and the ease of it all. It's been great to see,” added Skrasek.  WWIN exhibitors and buyers who had never visited the Downtown Arts District were pleasantly surprised with how close the Expo is to other Fashion Week events as well as the quality of the nearby hotels and restaurants they explored.

Veteran Las Vegas Apparel exhibitor, Grace Um, trade show manager assistant of Entro, added, “I think the new co-location is amazing. At Las Vegas Apparel, we have a large enough space to showcase our entire collection – more than we would at any other show – and having another market in the Expo introduces Entro to new brands we wouldn’t have met otherwise. The potential for the two shows together is great moving forward.”

As the fashion industry looks ahead to future editions, market organizers Clarion Events and ANDMORE remain committed to building upon the momentum generated by this first-time collaboration. With innovation as their compass and collaboration as their cornerstone, WWIN and LVA are poised to continue redefining the boundaries of fashion excellence, one show at a time.

The next editions of WWIN and LVA will return to their regular 4-day, Sunday – Wednesday pattern, running August 18 – 21, 2024, at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas. For more information and highlights from the co-located events, please visit wwinshow.com and lasvegasapparel.com.
